Multi-Factor Authentication with Duo

Project Status

The following table shows the remaining departments on campus and when they will be scheduled to have Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) with Duo provisioned for their Cat ID account. Information Technology has opted for a building-by-building approach in order to better provide support and answer questions for faculty and staff who are being enrolled on a certain day. If your department's main office is located in a specific building but you are located in a satellite office, you will still be enrolled with the rest of your department on the date listed on the table below. If you have appointments in multiple departments, you will be enrolled on the day the first organization comes up in the following schedule.

Not all student employees have been enrolled yet with MFA. Starting on January 17th and moving forward with the remainder of this schedule, student employees will be enrolled at the same time as the others in their organization. Student employees that have not yet been enrolled will be enrolled on February 27.

You will receive an email reminder with links to important information at the end of the week prior to your enrollment date.

If you have any questions or concerns regarding your enrollment date, you can contact the IT Service Desk at 273-5555 or via email at servicedesk@uni.edu.
